Michelle is an MSW candidate at Columbia University pursuing the Advanced Generalist Practice and Programming track. She dreams of being able to work with adults and children to creatively and courageously unlearn ingrained anti-Black racism, heteronormativity, patriarchy, and capitalism to foster a happier healthier life for all. As a multiracial queer Latina, Michelle is passionate about multicultural approaches to social change and advocacy, healing arts and spirituality, and climate and LGBTQ justice. At the Action Lab, she will be working with the Environmental Justice Initiative and the social media team.
